Industrial Still Non-Life

I actually don't like photos of bowls of fruit or a vase of flowers.
I don't know why-I realize the talent involved, and the composition
of the scene can be well done, but I just don't like them. Here
are a couple of black and white photos of industrial "Still Non-Life".
If you have a better term-I'd love to hear it-for reals.
